Who are we?

We are a technology commercialization firm, a strategic stakeholder and an early stage investor. We are Angel investors, experienced executives with diverse domain expertise, management skill sets and industry experience. We are dedicated to early stage investment.

 

Where and How Do We Work?

We are investors. We do not say yes to every investment opportunity that appeals to us. Every investment opportunity that appeals to us does not say yes to us.  For those companies with whom we form a strong reciprocal bond we can become that portion of your management skill set you may be missing or may need strengthening.  For most of our companies we become a chief strategic resource and advisor. For all of our companies, we become a significant stakeholder.  Your success becomes our success.

We have no intention of owning your company. We believe strongly in partnership, the most successful form of risk management or risk control that capitalism has yet developed. We believe in working with people, in working from relative strengths and in complimentary skill sets. We believe that if we can help each other combine opportunity with a strong, balanced management and the right amount of money, expertise and contacts, we can help each other succeed.
