Waiver of Non-disclosure Agreement

Due to the large number of business plans that we receive, we do not generally sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) when reviewing investment opportunities.  Technology Tree Group, Inc. or any of its affiliates will not be subject to any non-disclosure, confidentiality, or other restrictions and/or obligations with regard to any business plan submissions.  Additionally, to further our mission, we may share information you submit with our affiliates (or their designees) if we think they may be interested in your technology.

Accordingly, do not submit to us any confidential, trade secret or proprietary information that you feel may be compromised in this initial contact with Technology Tree. We also do not guarantee any confidentiality with regard to how you submit your business plan, regardless of how it is submitted. We also do not return business plans or other materials submitted to us.
