Dr. Richard Silver is the Medical Director for Technology Tree Group, and heads up the firm’s health science and biomedical assessment practices.  With 30 years experience in the clinical and academic practice of orthopedic and fracture surgery, Richard has worked closely with start-up companies in the healthcare sector (market development,  practice management, and funding). 

He is an active Angel investor whose contributions have positioned early-stage companies major success in later stages.  Richard holds Board Certifications from American Board of Medical Consultants,  American Board of Forensic Medicine, American Board of Forensic Examiners, American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, And National Board of Medical Examiners.

Dr. Silver obtained both his BS and MD from the University of Illinois and is licensed to practice medicine in Arizona, California, Idaho, Illinois, New Mexico and Washington.  He is unique in his profession, holding a MBA from the University of Phoenix.
